What can we do to help our planet?

To help our planet it's necessary to do some actions. Actions that if only one person do them they won't count, but if many people do them they will be big actions that will help our planet. Here I put some things that you can do to help our planet:
-Use the public transport.
-Use the energy you only need (for example, the electrical things in your house) and don't waste it.
-Reduce, reuse and recycle the things you've got.
-Don't waste water.
-Write on both sides of a paper.
-Don't open the windows when the heating is on.

There are much more things you can do, but these things I put are easy to do and I encourage you to do them to have a better planet.

Biomass fair

Between Thursday 21 and Saturday 23, there was the biomass fair in Vic. It was located in "Recinte firal El Sucre" and there were biomass companies from Catalunya, Spain and other countries. Inside, the building was full of people that were visiting the fair and people of biomass companies that were showing their products. Outside of the building, there were tractors and other big machines exposed, each one of them specialized on doing different things. This fair started last year, and it's the only biomass fair in Catalunya.

Differences between renewable energies and non-renewable energies

Renewable energies are the energies  that never run out, they don't pollute our planet and some of them produce a lot of energy. Non-renewable energies, are the energies that in a day they run out, and they pollute a lot our  planet.

What is energy?

Energy is the power that make things work.

 We use energy  in everything that we do. We need energy to walk to school, to play, or to cook our food. There are many different forms of energy , like : nuclear, electrical, light, thermal, elastic, chemical, gravitational, kinetic  and sound energy. 

You can change energy from one type to another, for example when you eat food you give your body chemical energy, and you change this into kinetic energy when you move, heat energy to keep your body warm and sound energy when you speak. 

Energy can’t be created or destroyed. Energy can be classified as renewable and non- renewable.
